Q: What is ACIR?
ACIR is a database of accredited courses offered by Australian universities, higher education providers, TAFEs and RTOs. It puts your institution’s details in front of students, career advisers, teachers and parents.
Course information and your institution’s profile on ACIR are also published by the Good Education Media team in our print guides and/or on the following websites:
The Good School Guide (print and website)
The Good Universities Guide (print and website)
Studies in Australia (website)
Please contact the Good Education Media team on how to best present your profile in front of domestic and international students.
Q: I never used ACIR before. How do I register for a new account?
To create an account on ACIR, please click the ‘Not a member? Register’ button.
Enter your name, email address and desired password, and click ‘Register’.
Your account will now be approved within 24 hours.
Q: I already have an account on ACIR. How do I log in?
Please log in with your email address and password here.
Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?
- Please click the ‘Forgot password’ button.
- Enter the email address you use for ACIR.
You will then receive a link to reset your password.
Q: I’ve logged in. Can I still change my password?
- Yes, you can do that by clicking the ‘Change Password’ tab on the landing page of your account
You can also click the drop down button next to your account name on the top right hand corner of your screen, and then click ‘My profile’.
Insert your current and new passwords.
Click on the ‘Update’ button to save your new password.
